This headboard is part of a larger bedroom collection created by Jay Spectre in the 1980s. As with the entire collection, Spectre used a cerused oak, meaning liming wax was applied in order to showcase the beautiful grain. It is gently curved on each side. The center circular metal detail is meant to be decorative, however it can also be removed in order to add reading lights.

NOTE: We offer custom refinishing to either restore the piece to its “as-new” glory, or choose from any custom tint for a more dramatic effect. Buyers can choose from cerused (lime waxed) or non-cerused. See included photo ofan armoire refinished in black. Cost for refinishing is $1000.00.
